Morning excursion to Taktsang Monastery which is an important pilgrimage for the Bhutanese.
Taktsang means ‘Tiger’s Nest’. It clings to a sheer cliff  900 m. above the valley floor / lunch at Taktsang Jakhang / overnight hotel.

Day 4: Thimpu
Morning Drive to Thimpu, visit Simtokha Dzong, a strategic fort built in 1627 / the National Library and Tashichhidzong the seat of the Bhutanese King and Government, / overnight

Day 5: Punakha, Wangdi

Jakar Excursion.

Thimpu-Paro.
A full day to enjoy the surreal atmosphere of Thimpu with a visit to view the famous  mask dance and cultural performance of Royal Dance Troupe / visit the memorial Chorten, the local market and handicraft center / late afternoon drive to Paro / overnight  hotel.

The above rates are applicable per tourist per night halt in Bhutan. The rate can be higher depending upon the nature of services desired beyond the set of entitlements.



On the day of departure from Bhutan, our obligation shall be limited to breakfast only and any extra requirement shall be payable on actual basis.

In order to secure Druk-Air tickets to and from Bhutan and good hotels, tour payment must be made 2 months prior to the date of arrival in Bhutan. Visa is cleared by the government only after the receipt of full tour payment. Without visa, Druk-Air will not issue tickets.

Once the tour reservation has been confirmed, Ghale Treks and Tours will provide advance payment options.
