Darjeeling has some very fascinating places of interest. The Botanical Gardens that contain a representative collectie workshops and observe the work in progress. The weaving and dyeing shops and the woodcarvon of Himalayan plants, flower and orchids. The hot houses are very interesting. The Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre established in 1959 to help rehabilitate Tibetan refugees who fled from Tibet produces superb carpets, woollens, wood carvings and leather work. You could walk through thing shop are particularly interesting and the workers, very friendly - the women have very beautiful and expressive features.
Day 01: Pickup from NJP (New Jalpaiguri)/IXB (Bagdogra Airport), transfer to Darjeeling Hotel
Day 02: Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill, to see the sunrise. On the way back visit the Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, city sightseeing of Darjeeling
Day 03: Visit the Tea Garden to see the words famous Darjeeling tea PM: Toy train ride from Darjeeling to Ghoom.
Day 04: Morning Drive to Mirik (70 Km 3 hours) visit of Mirik and Boat ride. On way back visit the famous Pashupati Market in Nepal and the Replica Temple of Pashupatinath. Dinner and overnight at Darjeeling.
Day 05: Transfer from Darjeeling to NJP (New Jalpaiguri) / IXB (Bagdogra Airport).
