Itinerary:
Day 01: Meet upon arrival at Kathmandu airport by GTE, representative
and transfer to hotel. After being refreshed, visit to
Kathmandu Durbar square, ancient palace, living goddess temple, Hanuman Dhoka and Kastamandap. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu on B.B basis.
Day 02: After breakfast, proceed for Kathmandu city tour, includes
Boudhanath, Pashupatiath, Swayambhunath and, after lunch break Patan.
Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu on B.B basis..
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara: Drive to Pokhara by tourist bus. Overnight at the hotel in pokhara on B.B basis.
Day 04:Pokhara to Jomsom and trek to Kagbeni:
Early morning fly to Jomsom the trek commences with a 3 hr walk along the bank of Kaligandaki to Ekley-Bhatti village. Trek one hour more to reach Kagbeni, which lies at the junction of two rivers. overnight at teahouse/lodge,
on full board.
Day 05: Kagbeni to Muktinath: (3817 m):
Muktinath is an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists with a Gompa and pagoda style. The pagoda is dedicated to Lord Bishnu. The most interesting and important feature of this location however is the pool where burning natural gas is said to represent the eternal flame. overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 06:Muktinath to Marpha: (2709 m):
The trail descends to the Kaligandaki valley again at 2665m and reaches the village of Marpha. This village is huddled behind a ridge which protects it from the wind and dust. overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 07:Marpha to Ghasa: (1970 m):
Passing through Kalapani the magnificent views of the Annapurna range. Dramatic changes of vegetation from dry arid desert to pine and conifer forests can be observed while traversing between the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna regions. overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 08:Ghasa to Tatopani: ( 1189 m):
The trailgradually descending to Tatopani trekkers enter a region of valleys. The beautiful Rupse Chhahara waterfall will pass before reaching Dana village for lunch overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 09:Tatopani to Ghorepani
The trail descending all day to Sikha passes through thick forest of rhododendron. The best view of the sunset over Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 10:Ghorepani to Tadapani:
Today wake up early morning and walk to Poon hill, where one may witness the sunrise for a lifetime memory. Over 30 snow-capped peaks, the whole Annapurna range. After breakfast, starts walk towards Tadapani. overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 11:Tadapani to Ghandruk:
The Annapurna ranges and Machhapuchre dominate the mountain views with glimpses farther east of Lamjung Himal and the Manaslu range. The trail descends through huge boulders into the maze of trails around Ghandruk overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 12: Ghandruk to Pokhara via Birethanti: (1040m.):
Walk up to Nayapool Walking distance is 5 hrs. (New-bridge) and drive to Pokhara for two hours. overnight at teahouse/lodge on full board.
Day 13: Pokhara to Kathmandu: Drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus.
Overnight at the hotel in pokhara on B.B basis.
Day 14:leisure day or sight seeing Bhaktapur also known as the City of Devotees
for sight seeing tour. Lunch in Bhaktapur and later drive back to Kathmandu.PM: Free for last moment's shopping and evening farewell dinner with Nepali cultural programs. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu on B.B basis.
Day 15: Transfer to the International Airport for final Departure.
