Ghale Treks & Tours offers a variety of tours, trekking, mountaineering, tickets, bungy jump, hotel booking, rafting, sightseeing, home stay, honeymoon package, custom tour, student and family tours in Nepal, Tibet, India, Cambodia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand and Bhutan services.
Ghale Treks & Tours Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Ghale Treks & Tours.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through ghalegroup.com subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Ghale Treks & Tours.
Good health and physical fitness is required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks.

Insurance:
It is a condition while booking a treks and tours with Ghale Treks & Tours that travelers/trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and lost of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash their destination unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Return to Top Payment Condition:
Ghale Treks & Tours require 30% deposit in total cost of treks or tours after your finalization and the due of 70% you have to clear before departure the treks or tours. we have 3 different options. INFANT RATES
Child under 2 years is free of charge for all program.
Note: if you are prefer to pay by major credit cards Visa and Master it will charge you 4% extra for bank comission.
In the event you cancel the treks or Tours the following charges will be made: *More than 90 days in advance*: 25% in total Cost. *Less than 45 days in advance*: 50% in total Cost. *On or after the starting date*: no refund will be made. *Based on your scheduled arrival date in travel coutry.
Refunds:
There will be no any refunds if a passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
If tour trekking is stopped or early arrival due to nature accident likewise weather reasons this case Ghale Treks & Tours will not refund. Return to Top
Booking Amendments:
If you wish to change your booking in any way, you must contact us as soon as possible and Ghale Treks & Tours will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Surcharges may apply. Return to Top
Delays and Itinerary Changes:
The passenger specifically agrees that Ghale Treks & Tours shall not be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by an act, omission or other circumstances on the part of domestic airlines or helicopter companies in Nepal ; the trekkers/travelers understand that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform them of each possible problem.
The itinerary, highlights and excursions as set out in the itinerary will be adhered to as far as possible, but these are to be used as a guide only. The company or trek staff may make omissions or alterations to the itinerary, highlights, and excursions as they deem it to be necessary. Some highlights or excursions may be inaccessible for any number of reasons. Return to Top Responsibility :
Ghale Treks & Tours reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger(s) causing inconvenience or annoyance to other travelers/trekkers, or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal possessions, or any consequential losses resulting there from. If a traveler/trekker is injured or becomes ill, all evacuation and hospital expenses, doctors' fees and repatriation costs are the traveler/trekker's responsibility, and Ghale Treks & Tours shall not be liable for any refund of the Treks or Tours fare.
It is the traveler/trekker's responsibility to have valid passports and all visas and equipment that may be required on the selected tour. We do not accept responsibility for failure to obtain these visas for any reason, and do not accept responsibility for any passports or documents left with us for this purpose.

Price Changes :
The prices quoted by Ghale Treks & Tours are based on airfares, exchange rates and costs in effect on the date shown. We reserve the right to alter our prices if these rates change substantially. We may also apply surcharges in the event of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and taxes. Ghale Treks & Tours cannot make refunds to traveler/trekker who are adversely affected by changes in exchange rates. Return to Top Assumption of Risk :
The traveler/trekker understands that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and the forces of nature. The traveler/trekker agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of traveler/trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler/trekker during the course of the trip, howsoever caused. To secure a booking, the Company requires a completed booking form together with a deposit of 30% of the total per person price of the trip or, if there are less than 30 days remaining until the trip is due to commence, the Company requires full payment of the trip. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company has confirmed acceptance by issuing the client with a Trip Confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The contract is between the Company and the Client, being the person named on the booking form. The contract, including all matters arising from it, No employee, contractor or sub-contractor of the Company other than a director has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund. Wheelchair accessible rooms may not be available in all packages. They may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If the operator is notified at time of initial request every effort will be made to offer handicapped facilities. Standards may vary from property to property, and country to country, and are not within the Operator’s control. Ground transfers may not be available for passengers with wheelchairs. Based on regularly scheduled service on available carrier. All applicable airline rules apply. Schedules are subject to change without notice by air carrier and are not under the control of the operator. As a courtesy the tour operator may accommodate you on another available carrier. Failure to check-in at least two hours prior to departure may result in denied boarding, and no refund will be granted.
