Ghale Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ghale Treks”) is a tour and travel company specializing in trekking, expedition, and adventure travel to Nepal and beyond. We strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and ensure that their travel experiences are safe, enjoyable, and memorable.

2. Liability

Ghale Treks shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person as a result of any act or omission of Ghale Treks, its employees, agents, or subcontractors, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Ghale Treks.

3. Booking and Cancellation

By booking a trip with Ghale Treks, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this disclaimer and that you have booked the trip voluntarily. You also acknowledge that Ghale Treks has the right to cancel or modify any trip at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where a minimum number of participants is not reached or where circumstances arise that make it necessary to cancel or modify the trip.

4. Health and Fitness

All trips organized by Ghale Treks require a reasonable level of physical fitness and health. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities and adventures offered by Ghale Treks. If you have any medical condition or concern that may affect your participation in a trip, you must disclose this information to Ghale Treks before booking the trip.

5. Insurance

Ghale Treks strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers medical, trip cancellation, and trip interruption risks. You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage before booking a trip with Ghale Treks.

6. Itinerary Changes

Ghale Treks reserves the right to change the itinerary of any trip at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where circumstances arise that make it necessary to change the itinerary.

7. Accommodation and Transportation

Ghale Treks is responsible for arranging accommodation and transportation for all trips booked through us. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or mechanical failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ghale Treks be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential damages or loss arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Any accident or injury suffered by you during the trip
• Any loss or damage to your property
• Any cancellation or modification of the trip
• Any delay or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control

9. Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nepal Arbitration Act.

10. Entire Agreement

This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ghale Treks regarding your booking and participation in a trip with us. This disclaimer supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between you and Ghale Treks.

11. Amendments

Ghale Treks reserves the right to amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
