Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative, who will assist you with the necessary arrival procedures. Afterward, you will be transferred to your hotel in a comfortable vehicle. Once you check in and settle into your accommodation, you will have the rest of the day to relax and engage in leisure activities of your choice, whether that be exploring the local area, enjoying the amenities at the hotel, or simply resting after your journey. Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel and accompany you on a drive to explore the UNESCO-listed World Heritage Sites of the Kathmandu Valley. This tour includes a visit to Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred site for Hindus; Swayambhunath (also known as the Monkey Temple), an ancient stupa revered by both Buddhists and Hindus; and Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most significant stupas in the world. You will also visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historic heart of the city, known for its rich cultural and political significance as one of Nepal’s ancient capitals. After a fulfilling day of exploration, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Kathmandu Domestic Airport for your flight to Lukla, which takes approximately 40 minutes and offers stunning views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Lukla, you will begin your trek to Phakding, a picturesque village situated along the Dudh Kosi River.
