  • Any extra nights' accommodation in Islamabad and Skardu due to early arrivals, late departures, or flight cancellations are not covered.
  • Insurance policies covering medical expenses, high-altitude evacuation, trip cancellation, or interruption are not included (must be arranged separately).
  • Personal expenses such as phone calls, internet, toiletries, battery recharges, hot showers, laundry, soft drinks, alcohol, and other beverages during the trek and in Islamabad or Skardu are not covered.
  • Personal climbing equipment, clothing, personal medical kits, and other personal trekking or climbing gear are not included.
  • Toiletries such as soaps, shampoos, tissues, toothpaste, and personal hygiene items are not covered.
  • Special filming, camera, or drone permits and fees are excluded.
  • Internet service during the trek is not included.
  • Summit bonus for Sherpas (minimum $2,000 USD) and tips for base camp and high camp staff (minimum $400 USD) are additional costs.

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.
  • 7 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the trip cost will be refunded.
